Payment and Insurance

For your convience, we offer several payment options:

  • Cash or Personal Check.
  • Credit Card - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Care Credit Medical/Dental Card - Care Credit offers 3, 6 and 12 month interest-free payment plans, and extended financing up to 48 months. You can apply in our office or apply online.
  • Medical Bureau of Pittsburgh.

Insurance:

envelopeWe understand the value of insurance coverage to our patients and will assist you in submitting your insurance claim. However, we cannot guarantee any estimated coverage, since the insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier. All patients are expected to pay their estimated portion of the cost of services at the time the services are received. In some instances, your insurance may pay more or less than the estimate given. In those situations, we will notify the patient with a statement if there is a balance, or issue a refund check if the insurance pays more than the estimate. Ultimately, you are responsible for paying for any services that may not be covered by your plan.
